Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Creek’s Edge Labradors (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern all use of our website, services, communications, and any transactions conducted with Creek’s Edge Labradors, a DBA of Creek’s Edge Retrievers, LLC. By accessing or using our website, submitting inquiries, joining our waitlist, completing a Puppy Purchase Agreement, reserving a puppy, or interacting with us in any capacity, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and individuals who communicate with us through our site, email, social platforms, GoodDog, or any related service. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

Website Use & Content Ownership

All content on the Creek’s Edge Labradors website—including text, images, graphics, logos, articles, kennel information, puppy descriptions, pricing, contracts, and all other material—is the exclusive property of Creek’s Edge Retrievers, LLC. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, interfere with, or disrupt the website, including unauthorized access attempts, data scraping, or the use of automated tools to extract information. You may not falsely represent yourself as an affiliate, agent, partner, or representative of Creek’s Edge Labradors.

All information on the website is provided for general purposes and may be updated as needed. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all content is free from errors, outdated details, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify or remove website content at our discretion.

Puppy Purchases, Deposits & Waitlist Terms

Purchasing an AKC Labrador puppy from us requires completion of a Puppy Purchase Agreement, review of our policies, and adherence to all terms outlined during the reservation and adoption process. A puppy is not considered reserved until a deposit has been paid and confirmed by us. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing within the applicable Puppy Purchase Agreement.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a puppy from a specific litter but provides priority notification once a pregnancy is confirmed or puppies are available. Placement within the waitlist and pick order are determined by the timestamp of the deposit or as otherwise detailed in the written contract.

We reserve the right to decline a sale or terminate an adoption at any time if we believe it is not in the best interest of the puppy. If a reservation is canceled by us prior to puppy pickup, any applicable deposit will be refunded unless stated otherwise in the contract.

All puppies are sold on either limited or full AKC registration according to the terms agreed upon in writing. A puppy cannot be transferred, resold, or rehomed without notifying us, and in some cases, the Puppy Purchase Agreement may require that the dog be returned to us rather than placed elsewhere.

Pricing, availability, and breeding plans are subject to change at any time. Fees, transportation arrangements, and final payment instructions are provided in the contract and supersede any verbal or informal communications.

Health Guarantees, Buyer Responsibilities & Limitations of Liability

All health guarantees, warranties, and breeder obligations are outlined in the Puppy Purchase Agreement and represent the entire understanding between buyer and seller regarding the dog’s health and condition at the time of sale. The contract supersedes any verbal statements or informal discussions.

While we make every effort to produce strong, structurally sound, and healthy Labradors, no breeder can guarantee that a puppy will remain free from illness, injury, behavioral issues, or genetic conditions over the course of its life. We follow responsible breeding practices, perform health testing, and provide veterinary evaluations prior to placement; however, the buyer assumes responsibility for ongoing care, routine veterinary visits, training, nutrition, and safety once the puppy leaves our possession.

We are not liable for any costs related to training, veterinary care, behavioral services, transportation, grooming, damage to property, or injury to persons or animals. Any decisions related to training, medical treatment, reproductive choices, or long-term care are solely the buyer’s responsibility.

In no event shall Creek’s Edge Labradors or Creek’s Edge Retrievers, LLC be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from the use of our website, interactions with us, or ownership of a puppy purchased from us.

Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Contact Information

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes, claims, or actions arising from use of the website, the adoption process, or the Puppy Purchase Agreement must first be addressed directly with us in an attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the provisions stated in the Puppy Purchase Agreement. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Alabama.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of all terms listed here.
